Commercial Rigs
The commercial & industrial training and assessment rigs have been approved by the CITB who are in turn assessed by
UKAS technical experts. They are available as a pair or separately, but both are required
in order to fulfil the certification requirements of the governing body.

- Commercial regulator
- Main gas safety shut-off valve class A
- Low pressure cut-off safety interlock
- Class B double block solenoid valve
- Electronic ignition device
- Flame rectification/UV sensing
- Air flow proving device
- Two interlocking gas taps
- Thermoelectric safety cut-off
- Pressure Thermostat

- Double block class A valve
- Flame rectification
- Spark ignition
- Centrifugal burner fan
- Airflow pressure switch interlock
- Non-return valve
Both these training and assessment gas rigs measure 1200mm wide x 600mm deep x 430mm high.
